Message from Kieran - Exploring Scotland

Dunans Castle, located in Glendaruel, Scotland, is a historic mock castle that was once home to the Fletcher Clan. Built in 1864, it was later gutted by fire in 2001 and now stands as a ruined structure. The property includes 16 acres of ground and features a Victorian path network. Currently owned by Charles and Sadie Dixon-Spain, the castle offers "Laird or Lady packages" where individuals can own a square foot of land on the grounds. Despite its ghostly reputation and at-risk status, efforts are underway to restore this picturesque Scottish landmark.
