Message from Kylie Bell

The trail winds through lush forests, crosses creeks, and opens up to an alpine plateau with stunning views. Originally used for cattle grazing in the 1870s, this track is a rewarding day walk with the option to extend to Lake Nameless. Higgs Track is a historic and scenic 4-hour hike in the Great Western Tiers, offering a medium difficulty climb to Lady Lake Hut. Don't forget to pack your lunch and take in the breathtaking surroundings!
