Hraunfossar is located in West Iceland near the Barnafoss waterfall. This incredible site is formed by rivulets streaming out of the Hallmundarhraun lava field and is only a thousand years old. Ancient legend says the area used to be home to trolls, and it has also been a hideaway for bandits.
