Red Pike is a challenging hike in the Lake District National Park, known for its steep ascent and stunning views. The trail starts in Buttermere and takes you up through woods and open hillside to Bleabury Tarn, where you'll need to cross Sourmilk Gill. Be prepared for some scrambling and careful footing as you make your way to the summit of Red Pike. The rocky plateau offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, making the effort totally worth it. Just remember to check the weather conditions before heading out and pack plenty of snacks and water for the journey!
