Located in Williamsburg in Brooklyn, Maison Premiere has an old world vibe & leafy patio, which is the perfect spot to while away an afternoon. They've got more than 25 types of oysters, as well as a selection of clams, crab & lobster. I love getting a selection of oysters from around the US, in all their different shapes, sizes & flavours! Maison Premiere also has the largest absinthe list in the US.
