In my opinion one of the most picturesque roads in Bali. It is best visited for sunrise when there are no people around apart from the locals. The morning fog during the dry season creates this moddy atmosphere that is perfect for pictures. This road is on the way to Tibumana waterfall so expect plenty of traffic and no photo opportunity if you visit during the day.
