Ibsen Kiosk is a hidden away just behind Tinghuset in central Oslo, and this is where you find the best bahn mis in Oslo. The kiosk may not look like much, but behind the humble exterior and interior is a woman who knows what she's doing. I've never seen anyone multi-task that efficiently before. They offer meat, vegetarian and vegan varieties. During lunch times you may need to wait around 10 bahn mis for yours, but it is worth it. There is some seating outside the kiosk, but I recommend taking it down to eat in the sun outside Oslo Tinghus.
