The Ross Fountain is a charming cast-iron structure located in West Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh. It was installed back in 1872 and recently got a fancy restoration in 2018. This fountain has quite the history! It was actually an exhibit at the Great Exhibition of 1862 before being purchased by a gunmaker named Daniel Ross and gifted to the city of Edinburgh.
