Located along the Lake Minnewanka road, about 5 minutes from Lake Minnwanka is Two Jack Lake. It is a much smaller lake and doesn’t get quite as windy as Minnewanka. You get beautiful views of Mount Rundle here. It’s a great spot for canoeing, paddle boarding, or swimming, but you have to bring your own canoe.

In the winter, Two Jack Lake is a great spot for skating. When the lakes are freshly frozen you can skate on crystal clear ice before the snowfall comes and covers it. This is usually best around late November - early December.
