Crete lies in the far south.
It's connected through a network of ferries which enable you to hop on to nearby islands and continue your trip, or end up in Crete coming from these islands. These are:

  • Milos island. Connected via Superfast Ferries, docking in Heraklion (Grimaldi Lines)

  • Kythera & Antikythera. Via Seajets ferry, starting its journey from the port of Gythion in the Peloponnese and docking in Kissamos in Crete.

  • Santorini. Via Hellenic Seaways. Docking at the port of Heraklion

  • Kasos & Karpathos. Via ANEK Lines, docking in Heraklion and Sitia. The ferry continues its way to Rodos and plenty of other Dodecanese islands.

  • Gavdos. Via ANENDYK Ferries, docking in Sfakia, Loutro and Agia Roumeli.
