Pizol is a medium sized ski resort about an hour south of Zurich, easy to reach by car or public transport.
On the Wangs side of the resort, there is a 3.5 km sled run, from Furt to Maienberg. In good conditions, it’s relatively easy and suitable for children.
You need to ride gondolas to reach the sled run. You can get a single ticket, half-day pass or day pass. You can rent sleds at the Furt station, both plastic and wooden sleds.
