Grand Teton National Park Driving Tour
Take yourself on a scenic driving tour around Grand Teton National Park. This scenic 63-mile loop drive will take you to incredible lookouts, photo spots, dining options, and hikes in the valley of Grand Teton National Park. Be on the lookout for wildlife all around, they are most active at dawn and dusk.
Morning
Start your day with sunrise at Schwabacher landing, and arrive in time to see the sun light up the Tetons for a moment of Alpenglow. After sunrise continue the loop, stopping at each of the points for photos, views, and (hopefully) wildlife sightings. When you need a bite to eat, stop by Jackson Lake Lodge for coffee, lunch, or a snack before continuing on.
Afternoon
Once you’ve just about completed the driving loop, stretch your legs for an afternoon hike to either Taggart Lake (easy and family-friendly) or Phelps Lake (adventurous).
Evening
End your tour of Grand Teton National Park with dinner at Dornan's and sunset at Mormon Row.
