Due to the number of interactive exhibits that allow visitors to learn more about Iceland's history and culture it’s easy to spend hours here. Additionally, you can try on traditional clothing, learn about Iceland's unique geology, and participate in other hands-on activities.

Fun fact – There are free guided tours on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 10:30 am if you have an admission ticket to the museum.
