Devil's Tombstone is one of the oldest campgrounds in the Catskills. This is a small, primitive campground is located in a rugged mountain pass in the Catskill Mountains called Stony Clove and surrounded by some of the highest peaks in the Catskills.

The campground has wooded sites with picnic tables and fireplaces. Primitive camping is available at 24 lakefront sites along Notch Lake.

Hikes nearby include Hunter Mountain with the highest historic fire tower in New York, Indian Head, and West Kill Range.
