Tin Hat Mountain in British Columbia, Canada, offers an impressive 11 mile loop trail for all levels of hikers and backpackers. The views at the summit are spectacular, with 360° vistas of lakes and mountains filling the horizon. This trail is long but rewarding, with a gradual incline before finishing off with a steep winding ascent to the summit. On this hike you can expect two short flat segments, diverse wildlife, and lush greenery. At the peak, visitors will find a hut, three wooded tents, and two large bear caches. Tin Hat Mountain is best visited during the summer months when conditions are warmer.
