Lennon's wall gets painted over from time to time. It's not very pretty at the moment and is rather scribbled on.
The Lennon Wall is a colorful and ever-changing symbol of global ideals like love and peace. Originally adorned with John Lennon-inspired graffiti and Beatles lyrics in the 1980s, the wall has since become a canvas for messages of freedom and activism. Despite being painted over at times, it always bounces back with new artwork and expressions from locals and visitors alike. The wall is owned by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and continues to inspire creativity and reflection in those who visit.
