Charming medieval canal in Prague

Message from Katarína Lepšíková

Čertovka, also known as Devil's Canal or Little Prague Venice, is a charming canal located in the Lesser Quarter of Prague, Czech Republic. Stretching for 740 meters, it diverts water from the Vltava River and flows back into it. Built in the 12th century by the Knights of Malta, the canal is lined with medieval mills and creates an island called Kampa. It's like a mini Venice right in the heart of Prague, offering a picturesque and historic setting for visitors to explore.
