"Piss (Černý)" is a quirky outdoor sculpture and fountain by Czech artist David Černý, located outside the Franz Kafka Museum in Prague. The artwork features two mechanical statues of men standing opposite each other, both equipped with bronze penises that can pee into a basin shaped like the Czech Republic. It's definitely a conversation starter and a fun twist on traditional public art!
In the words of David Černý: "There’s a Czech idiom about “peeing over somebody,” which I guess translated into English would be to “get one over on somebody.” That’s what the peeing men mean. It’s the way our country behaves.“
