This market is a new addition to the Waterfront: South African foods are on display and are being sold here: From Koesisters to Gin to Pap. The sharable kitchen makes sure, that new stands are arriving all the time. The Kitchen Incubator, supported by experts and industry professionals, will provide aspiring chefs and restauranteurs with the opportunity to develop their talents and follow their dreams. On the upper floor, you can learn about typical South African ingredients and the history of South African food in a little museum.
