Another one for a hearty breakfast right in the centre of Sarajevo that I like to go to: Mrvica has been around forever, and their food is great. Especially for breakfast, they have plenty of sweet and savoury options, and good coffee. It's also one of the few Sarajevo restaurants where you can find decent pretzels (hey, that's important for me as a German!)
