This rooftop is perfect to go anytime, cause the enclosed area has views literally facing the Empire State Building - I mean.. can you get even closer? Also, the environment is beautiful - they use plants to decorate the space and it gives a vibe. Besides that, there is a lovely outdoor area open during warm months. Draft cocktails and small bites are part of the menu.

For cocktails, I recommend Pantera Rosa and Garden Soirée. When making a reservation, request a table with views - they have another room with no special views.
