Café Chelsea is a trendy French bistro in New York, located in the iconic Hotel Chelsea. Love the environment. I recommend the Maitake Au Poivre (It's a mushroom! So good!), the croquettes(with goat cheese and honey) and the the chocolate soufle. Perfection.
