Snowshoeing adventure:
The Arctic climate can make winter exploration challenging, but with snowshoes, you'll easily conquer the landscape.
Starting from Kussangajaannguaq 3, you'll meet your guide before heading out of town to the Ilulissat power station. From there, embark on the ‘yellow route’, a fun and challenging path around Sermermiut Point.
Photo stops: Along the way, we’ll pause to capture the breathtaking scenery and enjoy a warm drink (coffee or tea).
Iceberg sightings: Watch majestic icebergs as they float towards Labrador Sea, known for their awe-inspiring beauty.
Return route: The trek ends at the heliport, where we’ll walk back to Ilulissat.
After the hike, unwind with a relaxing sauna experience:
Enjoy 1-1.5 hours in the sauna to warm up and recharge.
We recommend drinking water and having a light snack, like a banana, before your sauna session.
Take short breaks every 10-15 minutes to cool down and enjoy the Arctic outdoors – maybe even make a snow angel!
