Castle Rock Beach is located just a five-minute drive from Dunsborough town centre in Cape Naturaliste.

The main beach is located right by the car park and is easily accessible. The soft white sand offers the perfect place to set up for a day of relaxing in the sun.

The best part of the beach for us was further away though. If you keep walking toward Castle rock on the right side of the beach you will get to some secluded smaller beaches with pristine waters and they are perfect to relax and enjoy the place at its fullest.

You may also wish to bring your snorkelling gear as there are plenty of fish swimming in the calm waters, some octopi hiding in the rocks and it is also common to see rays as well.

The area around the car park also has public toilets, picnic benches and gas barbecues, meaning you can spend the whole day here and cook up some delicious food while watching the sun set on this amazing beach.
