On the final season of Norway's 'bake off' TV series, Harstad local Camilla competed and made it to the final round of the competition. A florist by profession, Camilla came back to Harstad after the competition and became a local celebrity. And eventually, she decided to open her very own cafe in town.

A few years later, Bakerinnen employs 25 locals and people from all over Norway come to taste Camilla's sweets. She offers some really lovely lunch options sandwiches and soups, and there's always a hot pot of coffee waiting. And don't even get me started on the desserts...
