I’m about to make a very bold statement, but this may just be the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy. They source all their organic produce locally with a high emphasis on sustainability and quality.

In addition to pizza, I’d recommend you start off with some of their charcuterie, and pair it with a glass of wine from their amazing natural wine list. Make sure to make a reservation.
