In good conditions, Quiksilver is great for advanced surfers who love riding fast, curving waves to the right, and don't mind sharing the waves with the local surfers. In the summer, the waves are smaller, and perfect for beginners and longboarders.
It's a super crowded spot though because it's easy to reach from the Cloud 9 tower, especially for locals. Since it's a bit smaller than Cloud 9, more surfers feel confident about surfing at Quiksilver. Personally I hardly ever surf here because it's so busy.
