Strútsfoss is one of Iceland's tallest and most impressive waterfalls, located in East Iceland near the River Strutsa. It's two-tiered and has an incredibly stunning view of red rock formations along with grassy trails and basalt strata around it. Visiting Strútsfoss is a great way to explore nature and get some great photos for your album! Take a tour or rent a car and drive from Reykjavík, you can even take a flight if you don't want to drive the entire 8 hour journey there. While hiking to the waterfall from Sturluflot Farm, you'll traverse through the beautiful highlands and rivers of Iceland.
