The city market is an open-air market that happens at Vodnikov trg, where you will find fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, and a few food trucks. For coffee lovers, I recommend trying the coffee from the Tri Marije food truck that is always parked at the corner of the market. To check out the selection of fresh cheese, charcuterie, and fish, walk inside the closed part of the market located at the start of Dolnicarjeva ulica.

The market is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays, from early morning until around 14h in the afternoon.
