Procida is a charming island off the coast of Naples and it's known for its picturesque landscapes and rich history. Very easy to reach from Naples, you can take the ferry from either "Molo Beverello" or "Porta di Massa" and it will take you about 40 minutes to reach the island.
Procida is quite small, to move around the island you can either walk, take the bus or rent a bike or e-bike, the latter being quite popular as I saw a lot of them during my trip.
It's a great destination for a day trip from Naples, I wouldn't suggest staying here as you can see most of the sights in a few hours. Though it's less touristy than other places like Capri or the Amalfi Coast, so if quite and relax is what's your after, then Procida might be a great option.
Foodwise, you'll find amazing fresh seafood in Procida, I'd go on the port in Via Marina di Corricella, where you can find many restaurants. Make sure also to try the "Lingua di Procida", a typical pastry of the island.
Procida is very charming, it was also the movie set of famous movies like "Cleopatra" or "Il Postino".
