Il Massimo della Focaccia is a bakery offering a wide selection of fresh Italian focaccia breads. Visitors rave about the tasty toppings ranging from cheese and potato to caramelized onion and rosé garlic. It's located right next to the Monterosso al Mare train station.

I recommend trying the typical Ligurian Focaccia, which is plain focaccia with a lot of oil. Here was one of my favourites in Cinque Terre and you can eat it with the incredible view right outside Il Massimo della Focaccia
