Get one of the best views in Rome at Terrazza del Pincio, a viewpoint overlooking Piazza del Popolo, inside Villa Borghese Park. I'd recommend to visit at sunset, it's one of the best spots for this! There's usually someone there playing music and it creates a beautiful vibe.
