Barton Springs, located in Austin, Texas, is a set of natural water springs that flow through the Edwards Aquifer. The main spring, known as Main Barton Spring, supplies water to Barton Springs Pool, a popular spot for locals and visitors to cool off. The springs are also home to the endangered Barton Springs Salamander. With its limestone composition and unique geology, Barton Springs offers a refreshing oasis in the heart of the city, perfect for a dip on a hot day.
