Monte Gazza – A lesser know mountain wit Spectacular Views
Monte Gazza is a beautiful and lesser-known mountain in Trentino, offering incredible panoramic views of 4 lakes and the surrounding Dolomites.
How to Get There
If you want to visit Monte Gazza, you can drive to the nearby village of Margone. From there, the hike to the summit begins. Alternatively, this location is also fantastic for cycling enthusiasts, as there’s a paved road leading up to Monte Gazza. However, please note that driving up this road by car is not allowed without a special permit, so plan accordingly.
Hiking Opportunities
The entire hike is about 13 km long, but you can shorten it at certain points or skip some of the loop on top of the mountain. Alternatively, it's a great idea to explore the mountain by bike or e-bike and follow the road. You'll have fantastic views of the four lakes along the way.
