DNT Grønnkollen is an unstaffed cabin located in Harstad . It has undergone a total renovation and reopened in September 2023. The cabin can accommodate up to 6 people and must be booked in advance. It features two separate bedrooms with three beds each, a newly renovated kitchen, indoor toilets, solar power, and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Guests need to bring their own bedding and clean up after themselves as there is no food storage or waste disposal on site. Dog-friendly with specific guidelines for pet owners. There are several trails you can follow to the cabin and you can either walk, bike, or in the winter ski to the cabin. Some Sundays during the year there will be an open cafe at the cabin and it is very popular with many visitors.

In the summer you can walk from Folkeparken with a baby stroller if you like to bring smaller kids.
