The TV Tower in Harstad is a 63-meter-high structure located at the top of Samaåsen in Harstad. The tower was built in 1965. The concrete tower is 39.5 meters tall and weighs approximately 370 tons. The base of the tower is situated at 183 meters above sea level. On top of the concrete section, there is a lattice mast that is 22 meters high. Combined, the concrete tower and the mast give the structure a total height of 61.5 meters. As a result, the top of the TV Tower stands an impressive 246 meters above sea level.
