The Escalante River Trailhead is a popular starting point for hikers looking to explore the along the Escalante River in southern Utah. You can really hike as far as you want in the canyon, but many hikers opt to hike to Escalante Natural Bridge. It's a great option for both experienced hikers and those seeking a big visual payoff with minimal effort. You have to cross the Escalante River along the trail, so it's a great hike to do when it's warm or if you're hiking with dogs.
