A gorgeous place to stay in a yurt with an outdoor spa, set right on the river

'Set in peaceful farmland beside a small lake, guests can watch the native birds, ducks, and pukekos while relaxing on their lovely decking area. The interior of the yurt comes beautifully furnished and guests will have a plush double bed, a toasty fireplace, comfy seating, and a dining table for two. The bathroom consists of a hot water shower and a composting toilet.

Guests also have their own private kitchen area which comes with the basic cooking facilities as well as all plates and utensils. Other handy amenities include very limited Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, free parking, and breakfast supplies for the morning.

Outside, guests have a decking area where they can take in the tranquil surroundings while they also have access to a fantastic wood burning hot tub under the trees which is an optional extra and there is a cost payable when you stay. There is also a salt water solar heated swimming pool which is only available from November to April.'
