There is a lot of good food in Sapporo. And a lot of good sushi. I was first taken to this spot while working on a project for the city of Sapporo, so that means it is local as can be. The food is amazing, the chef is great and he even pulled out his homemade 18 year-old umeshu for us to try. Those are the experiences that make traveling special.
