The closest glacier to Reykjavik and a good option if you're short on time but still want to visit a glacier. Park at the parking lot and follow the trail on the right hand side of the lagoon. It takes 20-30 min to walk all the way to the glacier. It's a flat and easy walk and you don't have to go the whole way, you can also see it from the distance for a better overview.
