Hanajukai is a modern ryokan in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture with great views over the city, kaiseki meals as well as onsen. It's not the most central but they offer a shuttle service into town which makes this super convenient! Definitely one of the best ryokan I've stayed in so far.
