bericht van Valeria

The "Little Venice" of Bologna, also known as the window on via Piella, is a hidden gem that offers a glimpse of one of the few remaining canals in the city. Tucked away between buildings, this charming spot resembles the Venetian canals, especially during high water. Originally part of the Canal delle Moline used to power mills, it was reopened in 1998 and has since become a popular spot for tourists and lovers, adorned with love notes, hearts, and even a few Moccia-style padlocks. It's a romantic and picturesque corner that captures the mysterious and aquatic side of Bologna.
