Although this is a beautiful shot with a camera, you will be far away. I prefer the aerial view from the drone up and over Spruce Ridge. You can launch from here and fly 0.5-1 mile east. I prefer to fly here to keep the drone in my line of sight the entire time. Sunrise will be from behind the ridge, while sunset will cast a beautiful orange light as seen in the photo above.
