• VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: 2wd most of the time, but the end can be rough. I would suggest calling the Needles District Visitor Center to inquire about recent road conditions. You will want to stop at Elephant Hill TH bc continuing on Elephant Hill is one of the most difficult roads in Utah
