Parco Sempione, also known as Simplon Park, is a large city park located in the heart of Milan, Italy. It was established in 1888 and covers an area of about 38.6 hectares. The park is a popular spot for both locals and tourists to relax and enjoy nature. It features beautiful pathways, a pond, and various sculptures and monuments scattered throughout. One of its notable landmarks is the Arch of Peace, which can be seen from the park. Parco Sempione offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city, providing a perfect place to unwind and take a leisurely stroll.
