A lot of restaurants and cafés on Karpathos are open all day, which is also the case with Harper. This café is located on the boulevard of Pigadia and is the perfect spot for breakfast (try the French toast!) but it's also a great place for cocktails or food. They have a variety of food options and they're so good! The photo attached is of the crispy chicken tacos which is one of my favourites here.
