Mindful Travel is an approach to travel. How you experience the destination you visit and how you choose to interact with a given experience. This could mean focusing on enjoying local shops, markets, and restaurants. As well as, how you responsibly, ethically, and respectfully tread this new land. Finally, mindful travel is about paying attention to your senses, personal growth, and reflection about your time there. For instance, a simple example is when you're hiking, you slow down mid hike to engage with the sounds, smells, and touch of the hiking trail you're on or simply just being mindful about practicing the 7 principles of Leave No Trace.

Quite often, outdoor adventures shared online are often on a surface level, it’s not until we dive deeper in those same experiences when we truly feel the transformation this specific adventure had on us, big or small. If you're here, I know you are not like most travelers. Instead, not only do you get filled with joy from a good outdoor adventure in the mountains but you also take the time to feel a sense of appreciation for your time in nature. My mission is to help you embrace both.
