Planalto is one of those true hidden gems. It is located in the hinterland if Ponta Do Sol which means that tourist does pass but usually without stoppng. This Portuguese couple have lived different places around the world and have therefor brought an international twist to their traditional Portuguese manu. We enjoyed every single thing we had here but passion fruit was so insanely good. They take pride in high ingredinces preferbly locally sorces and it is easy to taste. Portion sizes are pretty big and they offer a wide selection of vegetarian options. Planalto is a must-visit for food lovers who want something the ordinary tourist wont find.
