If you are a SCUBA diver or looking into getting certified to dive, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Danny has been certified for a while now and absolutely loves diving so he wanted to be able to share that experience with me! For my birthday, 3 years ago, he said he would gift me with my certification and I finally cashed that in. I am so happy we waited to do it in Bali because the dive sites are UNREAL and Danny was able to come along and dive whilst I was doing my course. To get certified in Bali it was IDR 6,500,000 ($437 USD). My instructor was great and I came away with an absolute LOVE for it as well which made Danny very happy!

When I was doing my certification we went to Tulamben & Padang Bai for the open water dives. Tulamben was an easy shore dive with an incredible shipwreck just feet away. For our second dive at Padang Bai it was a short boat ride to the lagoon.

Since we enjoyed it so much, we ended up going again when Danny's family came out for 2 weeks and went to Nusa Penida. It was a total of 3 dives and cost IDR 2,600,000 ($174 USD) per person which includes the boat, rental, snacks, water and lunch.
