At 3,954m, Mount Robson is the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies. This large parking area is the main vehicle accessible viewpoint for Mount Robson. On a clear day, you can see all the way to the snowy summit of this formidable mountain.
There is a large grassy area with picnic tables and interpretive signage. On a cloudy day, this area is still impressive to visit. The mountain is huge and the sheer size of its base is an incredible sight!
This is part of Mount Robson Provincial Park, which is free to visit. It's definitely worth checking out the nearby Visitor Centre. The 1km long Journey Through Time interpretive trail starts behind the Centre.
